The Zarnay Yoga Studio opened on February 1, 2001. The Londonderry, NH Studio and the Haverhill, MA Studio provided 7 years of yoga and Teacher Training in New England. As we relocate to Land O Lakes, Florida, Zarnay Yoga will continue to provide Certified Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga and more!
Debra Zarnay E-RYT 500 has been teaching yoga since 1994, studying BKS Iyengar Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. Debbie spent 36 years in the dance industry before becoming an Aerobics Instructor and Personal Trainer in 1995. Having a ballet background, a love for yoga, and being a Personal Trainer, Deb developed Zarnay Yoga to further enhance her students’ flexibility and balance. Debbie is available for corporate yoga/pilates and callanetics.
