Yes, it’s official, my aortic valve needs to be replaced this Thursday! I’m feeling strong and healthy, however, my valve is getting old I have a congenital defect and will have a heart catherization on Wednesday and open heart surgery on Thursday. Finally, I have emptied all boxes! I have taught my yoga class, Monday, and Pilates class on Tuesday. Looking for a location for Teacher Training in the Tampa area. Maybe at LA Fitness in New Tampa. Will let you know soon!
